I don't know about anyone else, but I could sure use some fitness- related inspiration this week. Between sleep deprivation, a tired body, and some gloomy/rainy days it is enough to throw me right off track. Time to get it back, and get at it for the end of the week and prepare for another working weekend.
If you wake up determined to workout, eat well, work towards achieving your goals- you will go to bed with satisfaction instead of regret or guilt that you didn't :)
This reminds me of pushing yourself to your limit- then push even further. Challenge yourself. Challenge your negative thinking and self doubt. You got this!!
